Re the water service, we talked to the Manager of Harrisburg Water Co that services nearby Sunshine Acres, and he said that in about 6-12 months he should be able to bring water service to this lot due to it's location being in their service area. Right now the company is changing hands and they cannot add any more accounts during the transition.
Call for septic companies we spoke to and got bids from for $4500-$5000.
Why is this better? Because it is on a paved road, because it has a $10,000 grant to pay for bringing electric power to the lot, because it is in the Harrisburg Utility (water) district and because it has been surveyed in 2021.
